Modern, 4 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a private entrance and a terrace facing south. This bright apartment is fully furnished with open kitchen including oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender and a dishwasher. A dining table for 6-8 persons.
In the living room we have a flat screen 55" TV.
Washing room with washing machine and a tumble-dryer.
4 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed, one large kids bedroom, another small kids bedroom with 120 cm bed, the teenagers bedroom with a single bed.
On the terrace we have a trampoline, a swing, a barbecue and garden furniture's for six.

It is very well placed near a beautiful park where you can ride a bike or walk. Iceland is a beautiful and exotic country with its magnificent landscapes, glaciers, waterfalls, geothermal sites and animals. We saw seals, puffins and whales. We are Árni and Fanney, a couple with three children, age 7, 12 and 15. We are both professionals (a sound engineer and a teacher). We did successful home exchanges in France 2015 and in Barcelona, Spain 2018. We love staying in a home and experience another country as residents.

The apartment is situated in a family friendly area in a walking distance from a great outdoor area. The city centre is in 10-15 minutes driving distance with all its entertainment where everybody can find something to do.
The famous Blue Lagoon is 45 min away and an hour and a half driving distance from the Golden Circle: The Great Geysir, Thingvellir and Gullfoss. Icelandic nature is one of a kind with its glaciers, hot springs, volcanoes and waterfalls.
