About our home

Cozy apartment at 56 square meters, 10 steps up from the outdoor (1st floor),one main bedroom with double bed that can also be 2 single beds, one another small room with 1 small sleeping bed.
Living room with sleeping sofa (for two persons) and cable TV and dining table for 6 persons.
I am already fixing/painting my kitchen. More pictures will appear soon.

I want to travel/change for 7 -10 days.
I am 52 years old male and live alone. I am working daily as a system administrator for a Icelandic government institute. I will likely travel with my friend. I usually have my 3 years old boy every other weekend. I also have two kids living in Denmark at age 19 and 22.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in the center of Reykjavik.The neighbourhood is only 2 minutes from the main shopping street Laugavegur. Laugavegur also has many restaurants and pubs.
Other side of the apartment street is public playground. Public indoor swimming pool just 5 minutes walking distance away. About 3 minutes walk to the local bus station. About 12 minutes takes to walk to bus terminal where the flybus stops and drive from.
