About our home

Our new house is located in the "countryside" of Kopavogur. The house is near a beautiful lake Ellidavatn and natural park Heidmork with its hiking and biking trails. It is a 2 floor house, 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom with a king size bed, other 3 rooms with single bedon. Master bathroom with shower and big corner bathtub..

The upper floor (front door), big kitchen, dining room, WC and living room with a great view over the lake and the mountains. We have a small terrace with gas - barbecue.

The house includes all general household appliances for your use e.g. dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, high speed internet access,wifi (wireless internet access), coffee maker and iron/iron board, table tennis etc.

More about us

We are a family of 4. Dad 40 years old computer scientist, mom 40 years old physiotherapist (both professionals). We have 2 children, 16 and 12 years old boys. We treat other people properties with respect and educate our children to do the same.

Where is it?

Within 5 min walk you can go to; Heidmork and Ellidavatn, hiking and biking trails. 5 min drive you can go to; a gym, a very nice swimmingpool with a large outdoor and indoor pool, 3 hot tubs and water slides. Bakery, supermarket, art museum, library, café and a local shopping. 5 min drive to Iceland largest shopping mall (Smaralind), 15 min drive to central Reykjavik and 30 min drive to the Blue Lagoon.
