About our home

Its a lovely 3 floor house, with a big open kitchen/diningroom/livingroom area, that has been recently redone. From the kithen you walk out to the terrace and from the terrace you walk down to a closed garden, where the sun shines until evening.
The top floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a TV, one with 2 single beds and TV and playstation, one with a queen size bed.

The main floor has a bathroom, kitchen, dining room and a living room.

In the basement there is a bathroom, washingroom, and a bedroom with a double sofa bed.
Second home available only 1 minute walk from 1st house, the second home has a sleeping place for up to 4 people, and a sunny garden.

  1. We are two friends that always travel together.
    One is a single mom with one child, and the other married with two children.
    We are 35 years old. We are all are professionals, buissenes manager, car technician and an executive manager.
    We speak Spanish, English, German and Sweedish.
    We would love to share our home and would treat your home like it was ours.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is in the old part of Reykjavik, it is only five minutes walk from down town Reykjavik, where you can go shopping or dining out in exelent restaurants.
The house is also only two minutes from the sea, with a greate view over the snæfells jökull glacier.

There are two swimming pools in the area. Banks are close by and also childrens playgrounds.
