One with two small beedrooms for 1 - 6 year old second with sofa bed and the other two with standard beds. Can be used for any age. (we can provide a crib and a childrens bed)

The kitchen is well equipped with a large freezer and a large refrigerator and the latest Aeg induction table and a P-oven. The living room is very open and bright with an entrance out to the large garden. The garden is over 1000sqm with toys, trampolin, hot tub and more.

The neighbourhood is very friendly and a grocerie store is only a few feet away. We are located by the seaside and it is amazing tracking sites around us as well as outdoors attractions. Swimming pool, soccer field, golf field and a gym is only 450m away and we offer our guests great guidance on bus travelling through Reykjavík. We have also offered our guests fantastic deals on tours any activity through booking agent.

The nearest bus station is located only 150m from the house and takes you everywhere you need and want to go. But the city center is only 3km away.
