About our home

The house was built 2000 and we are the second family living in the house. The achitect is Bjorn Olafsson that has designed this district and several other similar districts in Reykjavik. Bjorn Olafson lives in Paris. We have a sailing boat that could also be rented, but then a licenced captain is needed. The house is groundfloor not included, then first floor living room furnished with comportable sofa and 2 chairs and dining table and a 40 square meter balcony, main bathroom with a hot tub and kitchen with TV, second floor main bedroom with sunset balcony and 2 other bedrooms and a WC and then the top floor is a TV room with 55" TV and a Apple computer. The size of the appartment is 160 Square meters excluding the ground floor.

The house is located in the spot of Reykjavík with the calmest weather on average. But Icelandic weather is uncontrolable so good outdoor clothes is a respond to it.
