About our home
Very nice and modern penthouse apartment with beautiful view. On the first floor is two bedrooms, one with single room, and the other with queen size room. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Kitchen with double fridge, two ovens, ktichen island and very good workspace, dining room is next to the kirchen with very good view. From the kitchen is balcony. Upstairs is the living room with two sofas and tv, balcony, bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom.
Free parking outside.
It only takes about 10-15 minutes to drive downtown Reykjavík.

It´s a , family friendly neighborhood. Playground outside for kids. Grocery store in walking distance. Beautiful nature all around. Good swimming pool close, 3 min drive. It takes about 10-15 minutes to drive downtown Reykjavík.
