This bright and cozy 85 sq meter apartment is located in the most charming part of Reykjavík (west part - 107) 20 min walk to the center. Located on 3rd floor in apartment building, It has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom, single bedroom (teenage bedroom) and a kids room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious hallway, balcony whith two chairs and a table and a small bathroom with a rain shower. We love music so it is fully furnished with a stereo, vinyl player, cassette player and a CD player and grate collection of records. The apartment comes with bedding, towels, shampoo, soap and the basic condiments in the kitchen. Our garden is shared with the building so it is big with swings, sandbox, bench and a plot to grow vegetable, ( if wisiting in the summer you are more than welcome to use our herbs etc from the plot).

We would like you to feel at home in our home, we love to sit at the heart of the house our livingroom table, eat, drink, play cards and just hang with family and friends. Note that there are no doors on two of the rooms (kids room and grown-up room). There is a WiFi with no constrictions and our shower pressure is perfect! note we do not own a TV we use computers and prime or netflix. We read books and have a nice library. This is a cosy nice flat in a very nice neighbourhood nest to swimming pool, best coffe shop in RVK, icecream shop and a short 5 min walk to the seaside. It takes you around 20 min to walk to the center.
