Family home close to downtown Reykjavik

A nice 3 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Reykjavík. Located on the fourth floor of an apartment building, the view over the city, the ocean and the Reykjanes peninsula is breathtaking.
Within a 5 minute walk is a wonderful heated public pool ( Vesturbæjar sundlaug), nice local cafes, grocery store, Fisherman fish shop and an ice cream store. About 10 minute walk to a bakery, ATM and cinema.
Downtown is about a 15 minute walk so you don't have to worry about parking when visiting downtown for sightseeing or when going out to a nice dinner.
There are plenty of playgrounds close by for younger kids and a big trampolin in the garden.
Parking is free.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king size bed (a new comfortable matress). A bedroom ( home to our 12 year old girl) with a 120x200 cm bed and another bedroom ( home to our 9 year old boy) with a single bed. Both rooms have toys for our guests to enjoy.
Kitchen is fully equiped and the apartment both has a kitchen table and a bigger dining table in the living room. The bathroom has a bath with a nice shower in it.
The apartment has both a washing machine and a dryer.
A small balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views or watch while your kids jump on the trampoline in the garden below.
