About our home
Our apartment is compact with private entrance and very good location near the harbour area in Reykjavik city center.
Supermarkets and restaurants are within a walking distance.
This bright and cozy 145 sq meter apartment is located in the most charming part of Reykjavík (west part - 107) 15-20 min walk to the center. Located on 1rd floor in a new apartment building, It has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom, double bedroom (teenage bedroom) and a children´s room (stacked with toys and 90 cm bed), living room, fully equipped kitchen, 22sq balcony, with sliding doors.
Our garden is shared with the building so it is big with swings, sandbox, bench.

Neighbourhood
The apartment is located absolutely in one of the most charming parts of Reykjavik. In the neighbourhood there is the beautiful café Kaffi Vest, Reykjaviks best outdoor swimming pool, grocery store, famous icecream shop, playgrounds, parks, and new and exciting restaurants. There is only a 15-20 min walk to the center where you will find shops, bars, galleries and live music venues and of course Reykjavík's famously buzzing nightlife and bar scene. The street is very peaceful and family friendly, the apartment is on the 1rd floor of an apartment building.
