The Frangipani Penthouse located in Defence Colony New Delhi this Stunning Studio Penthouse Apartment which opens in to a large terrace garden ,shack bar /barbeque ,cascading waterfall & mood lighting and a sit out.

This is a Apartment on a separate floor. It has two air conditioners with remote and heating .The bedroom has a large size fitted bed suitable for 2 adults . The sitting area has plush and bold sofa and a sofa bed , accompanied by a surround sound stereo, Wi-Fi, television with cable, DVD, a chic glass top study table, laptop computer and chair, fully stocked mini bar. The sitting area also opens into a large terraced garden The kitchenette, equipped , with a wet sink, microwave , utensils , plates, glasses, induction cooker, Nespresso , coffee tea maker .the toilet with 24 hours hot and cold running water .The room has plenty of natural light and great cross ventilation . Breakfast is complimentary and we have staff to assist you with all your needs . Lunch and dinner can be provided on request & we are located in a suburb with some of the finest Coffee shops and restaurants, parks and gardens

  1. Im a (ex) professional racing driver ,who had to accept that it can’t go on forever .... Now and then when I need the rush and and you see a flash of red it’s me in my convertible that just went by with the sun in my face and wind in my hair . Other than that a penchant for long drives and driving holidays of which I’ve had quite a few the best of which were in Scotland (UK) Tuscanny (Italy) and Himalyas (India) . Since I’m separated and two girls who are away in school / college my travels are largely solo with friend accompanying me on some of them .

  2. I have a flair for nice homes and interiors and much of it shows in my own properties which have my attention to detail . I’m now looking for my third home which is likely to be Cote D Azur French Riviera or in Laid Back Lisbon Portugal .

  3. My main Residence is in New Delhi India ( The land of snake charmers , sages and cows).
    The penthouse apartment which I call Casablanca( The Whitehouse) is part of my home is themed around New York City which stands my favourite city along with Rome . The bold styling and concept you can visualize in the pics. The property is listed on Air BNB and now of Love Home Swap

    Frangipanni Villa my second home is in Goa . Which as you know was a Portuguese colony from 1510 until 1961 and the lovely Portuguese architecture is hugely prevalent as is the very laid back lifestyle of let’s think about doing it tommrow.The perfect place to be idyllic .

Close to the main Defence Colony market there are numerous quaint cafes and restaurants a culinaires delight . The colony features around a round about, in the centre of which stands the octagonal tomb of Shaikh Ali, known as "Gumti of Shaikh Ali". Built in the 15th-century Lodhi dynasty-era, near the historic area of Kotla Mubarakpur. Famous India gate is just 6Km from our place.There are lots of excellent restaurants to satisfy your taste buds.

There are numerious parks in the Colony and the famous Lodhi gardens is a ten minute drive .
