About our home

Completed last year, our home is architecturally designed and tastefully furnished in local Balinese boatwood furniture. The 7m x 5m living room/kitchen opens out through sliding doors to the pool area. The laundry, small garden, under cover parking for 1 car and toilet/wash room comprise the remainder of the ground level. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms both 'en-suite' with walk in showers, a large balcony and roof terrace with traditional Balinese day bed and rice paddy views.

The house is located 5 minutes from the beach by car or scooter, 10 minutes by bike. We can arrange our driver for some or all of your stay and there are two bikes available. Furthermore, the house is cleaned 3 times a week and your laundry washed and ironed.

More about us

  1. We are an educated couple, we got married in Bali three years ago and fell in love with the Island, we have now made our home.

  2. Katelyn is a School Principal and Martin is currently a stay at home dad, to Our baby daughter Olivia.

  3. We are open to anything really, excuse the pun, but life is more about the journey than the destination. So that being said we are happy with quirky to conventional, country cottage to river boat and anything in between. We also view home swaps as a great way to get to know people from all walks of life and all over the world.
