A luxurious Colonial Mansion with sea view,situated on Jimbaran hill, millionairre's row of Bali, 1100 sqm or 12000 ft of living quarter all with marble floor, 3 story, 7 bedrooms in total and 4 bedrooms will be available for use all with en suite, double sink and marble top, total of 11 bathrooms, wifi, 5 LCD TVs, DVD player with DVD library, big pool with decking, sun beds and outside shower, jacuzzi, sauna with own bathroom, garden, fully air conditioned, 3 dining rooms, 3 living rooms, luxurious large kitchen, electric hob & oven, Chandelier in all rooms, piano, treadmill, all ceiling decorated with 23 carats gold leaf, indoor decking for private sun bath, 6 big balconies, gated, 5 minutes drive from the beach, peaceful quite area, yet within 5 minutes drive from restaurants, supermarket, bars, etc.
At night you can enjoy city lights view.
Sunrise and sunset, can be also viewed,as the view is 270 degree from different parts of the house. Surounded within 5 minutes drive by the four seasons, the intercontinental and Ayana (former Ritz Carlton)

Well behaved children are most welcome.

More about us

We retire in Bali for a few years already, we have 4 children (17,11,8 and 5 years old) and love the tropical island, I am in my thirties, husband forties, we need holidays from this holiday every few months, we must consider children school calender (mid june to early August and mid December to early January) mostly travel with family, sometimes with nanny and or more staff.
We would like to exchange to give our children the day to day feel of how the local lives in another country.
We only like cities for our holidays, as all of our holidays would be mainly kids entertaining,shopping,wining and dining holidays.

The House sits on top of Jimbaran Hill Bali, called millionaire's row of Bali, surrounded within 5 minutes drive to the beach and some of Bali top five stars hotels (If you like fine dining), water sport within 5 km, water park for children, golf courses, Balinese temples, Balinese dance cultural performances,supermarket, beach seafood cafe, shops, upmarket spa (The Four Seasons is 2 minutes away, The Ayana /Former Ritz Carlton, which spa was voted 1 of 10 best in the world, L'occitane spa, etc). Location very quite, an exclusive estate. the house has sea view, big balconies, no noise around, private street, very close to all amenities including the famous rock bar (5 minutes drive also).
