Top quality furnishings/homewares/linen etc have been used throughout our house. Washing machine/dryer/nespresso machine/hairdryers available. There are tv's in 3 rooms (local and international channels), and a Sonos music system. Safety deposit boxes are in all bedrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Master suite has a king size bed and the other two have queen size beds.
The house is fully air conditioned (fully enclosed air conditioned living room). It is set on a 600 m2 block and is located at the end of the lane way, which is very quiet and peaceful.
Villa Batu is situated in Batu Belig which just minutes from the centre of Seminyak and all the top restaurants, bars and shopping of Seminyak, however, the suburb has still retained an authentic Bali neighbourhood feel. The area is now a hotspot for new restaurants, shops and bars. The beach is less than 10 mins walk away/3 mins taxi or scooter. Just past Batu Belig are the areas Berawa and Canggu full of cafes, restaurants, bars and beach clubs.
A part time house keeper/gardener/pool cleaner are provided. Our housekeeper can arrange scooters and a driver for sightseeing, airport pick up etc.
Complimentary wifi/bottled water/coffee/tea.
This is one of our holiday homes, so a non-simultaneous swap can be arranged.
We prefer to swap with properties of equal quality. We take great pride in our houses and will treat your house as our own.
