We offer a beautiful villa in Sanur near the Grand Hyatt Hotel. Sanur is a family orientated part of Bali. The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms all with ensuites. Two bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds and one with a queen. There are two traditional Balinese showers outside as well as showers in all ensuites. There is a large living room and kitchen. Cable TV and DVD player is available, set up with a sound system. It's a spacious villa. A bonus is that the villa comes with a full time maid, pool boy and gardener as well as on-site concierge. The swimming pool is a feature of the villa.

Our stay at Emerald villas was amazing had such a lovely relaxing time, as this was our first exchange we were a little nervous but Kate and Murray made everything so easy with lots of advice, Yuri our maid was such a delight we hardly new she was there, our washing done every day and kept the villa beautiful, we are hoping to exchange again in the future.”
“We had a delightful week long stay in Kate's holiday villa in Bali. The accommodation was immaculate and featured several bedrooms and a kitchen with outdoor and indoor showers around a lovely swimming pool. The house cleaner came daily as did the pool cleaner and gardener all making for an effortless and relaxing holiday. We were able to walk to the shops nearby and the beach and found a couple of lovely cafes nearby for both breakfast and dinner. In fact our whole week centered around relaxing and eating. Kate was a delight to deal with and her and her family also spent a week in our Sydney apartment and gave us every confidence that it was well taken care of. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with genuine home exchangers as we increasingly are finding a lot of people are more interested in renting rather than swapping - we have agreed to keep in touch with Kate and do another swap again in future. Thanks so much Kate. Your villa was everything we anticipated from the photos. 5 star!”
We are Murray and Kate, Australians living in Jakarta, Indonesia. As we live and work in Jakarta we use the villa in Bali as our second home. We are both teachers at a large international school in Jakarta. Our 25 year old son is working in Melbourne and our 31 year old son and his wife are working in Sydney. Sometimes it is just the two of us traveling but we love our sons and daughter-in-law to be able to join us if they can depending on their work commitments. We have house swapped many times including swaps to Paris, Washington D.C., New York, Melbourne and Sydney and love the opportunities house swapping provides.
Murray and I both work in the field of education in international schools.
Our villa is a 5 minute walk (200m) from the Sanur Beach where all types of water sports are offered including diving, fishing, para-sailing and jet-skiing. Sanur has many fine restaurants including local Balinese and five star hotel restaurants. Cultural events and tours occur daily and can be easily arranged. The villa is in a secured compound with 24 hour security. Bali is a fabulous place to explore. Beaches and cultural areas are plentiful. There is something for everyone and all ages. Sanur is a 20 minute drive to the famous Kuta surfing area. Bali is a paradise island!
