About our home
Our Villa is in the heart of Seminyak Bali,
its located down a small 'gang' or lane-way just off
'Jalan Oberoi'
which is also know as 'Eat Street' or Jalan Laksmana,
as most of Bali's best restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The Villa itself is a freshly renovated Balinese style traditional Villa in keeping with the location.
It has one main Bedroom upstairs which is fully air-conditioned and very spacious with extra beds.
Downstairs there is a second air-conditioned bedroom with two double beds and also a separate third bedroom which is outside by the pool.
The large netted day bed in the main living area can also sleep any extra guests.
There is a huge out door entertaining area with a lovely long table and a window to the functional kitchen.
One of the best features of this house is that the wooden shutter doors can screen off the pool area
from the living areas, which is important if you have small children running around.The location is terrific.

We do actually live in Melbourne Australia,
but due to traveling here so often and doing some manufacturing here for our fashion business,
I have renovated this house to stay in while we are in Bali.
We do rent it out to friends and family when we are not there.

Where is it?

All the best of Seminyak is at your doorstep, a short walk up the street is Petitgenet which is very nice for breakfast and in the evening a plethora of restaurants of every persuasion await your discovery down this very busy street.
Strongly recommended are Mamasan and Chandi, whilst Motel Mexicana is hot right now.
Shopping along this street is really the best in Bali
with small boutiques like Prisoner of St. Petersberg, K&I, State of Geogia, etc.
and also many other interesting Homewares and Fashion stores.
The area down the lane is pretty quiet and Balinese at night so we do not recommend our family style villa
for noisy party animals.
The little Gang is very safe at night and attached to our wall is a guard who is on duty all night long.
Down the road the Oberoi Hotel is very nice for a romantic Dinner or Lunch with friends.
and the Sunset drinks at KuDeTa are legendary.
Motel Mexicola not far up the street is an exciting themed Bar/Restaurant well worth a look in.
