Our beautiful home is a hidden, modern tropical oasis just 3km from the centre of Ubud. Peaceful, spacious, safe and surrounded by rice fields.
Our house has been built from antique, recycled wood but features all of the modern amenities you might wish for.
Our house is a very spacious 3-bedroom house with a huge verandah which overlooks the surrounding landscape and terraced rice fields sloping down into a lush palm forest. From here you can enjoy and witness the cycles of the rice harvests. The house has a chef's kitchen and a large dining and living area.
There are two bedrooms with King size beds and another bedroom with a large single bed. All bedrooms have air-conditioners as well as ceiling fans. There are two gorgeous bathrooms with large tubs and showers.
We have a treadmill which you are welcome to use.
The house has fast fibre-optic wi-fi, which can be used indoor and out.
The residence has a full time staff - a housekeeper who cleans and does laundry 5 days a week; a gardener; and security guards at night.
Also on the premises are a couple of cats - Alexa Coco and Denzel Washington. The cats mostly hang out outdoors, and are totally harmless to humans, other than occasional meow-ing. Our staff feed and look after them, so guests don't need to worry about any of that. (If you're highly allergic to cats though, this may not be the best property for you.)
There is an option of also using an additional bungalow behind the main house which sleeps an additional two people in a king size bed.
Access and carpark is very easy by car up to the Villa's front door.
This beautiful property sits in the middle of the rice fields in the heart of a charming, laid-back traditional Balinese village. It's the perfect distance from Ubud city center: close enough to easily hop into town for a coffee, a meal or shopping, yet distant enough to be well away from the tourist crowds and feel that you're right in the middle of the quiet, serene Balinese countryside.
The house is an easy, scenic 3km drive from central Ubud. You can do this by private or rented car, by motorized scooter or if you're a strong cyclist and don't mind a few steep hills, even by bicycle. The trip to central Ubud takes about 10 minutes by car and 7 minute by scooter.
