About our home

Villa is placed on the edge of the tropical forest/ rice field-valley. It is in the upper hills of Tegallalang area and only 15 minutes away from famous Ubud. It is a huge and beautifully designed "maison d'architect" with 3 bedrooms. The house's view open on the tropical forest valley with its rice fields. The quality of the air over there is simply divine.
Villa Constance was all built with the local materials: noble wood, stones, marble, alan-alan roof. It is a "maison d'architect" with a huge space for living, vast terraces and a big garden.
The house is situated in the original Balinese village, in the most beautiful part of Bali. The village, Kebon, is located in the higher part of the island that is why the climate is very pleasant with the average temperature of about 25°. The healthy quality of the air is divine for the skin - one doesn't need any body cream to hydrate the skin. Villa Constance's big advantage is a wonderful view - the rice-field valley and a tropical forest. The garden spread to four levels one above another. The swimming pool and the swing make time pass by very quickly ;)
Villa Constance is a very spacious and bright house. It was designed in a way so that the splendid view could be seen from almost each corner. That is why he decided to glaze the major part of the house whose vast windows open onto the valley giving the impression that the "jungle" is peeking inside. All the doors in the house are sliding doors. The floors in the living space, which is on the lower level, and in the office floor, the ground floor, are made of black marble. The living space's marble is additionally inlayed with old teak. Both bedrooms with twin beds on the ground floor have also marble floors. The master bedroom with on the other hand has beautiful teak floors that spread to the lovely balcony. It is situated on the 1st floor and is equipped with one king size bed. In the master bathroom there is a possibility to choose between the spacious shower and a big bath tube. The kitchen with a breakfast bar in the saloon is fully equipped. We chose the beautiful "coarse glass" from Java that adds value to the kitchen space. We also created a kind of home cinema area with a podium in one corner of the saloon covered with lots of colourful cushions plus there is a French - style huge sofa just in front of the flat TV screen. In general the house has a very vivid French touch if it comes to its design.
The rental costs cover the housemaid and the gardener. In order to facilitate you visiting Bali we offer you a car and a driver for 60USD a day. Both of them will be to your service for all the excursions. Our local manager will always be able to arrange you the kitchen service who will prepare you the most delicious Balinese dishes you can imagine. For that purpose we built an exterior kitchen where we also placed a washing machine for the laundry services. For those who wish to cook on their own, as we very often do, we leave a small menu - suggestion written by me and created by Jacob, the owner of the house, himself who is a fabulous cook :) The menu is quite short only for now and will constantly be refined, as the cook never gives up! Our housemaid can buy you delicious vegetables, fruit or meat on the nearby market. We also offer two great masseuses we tried and who we recommend very much.
Nearby attractions - carving village, Elephant Tracking Park, Bird Park, Ubud with its Holly Monkey Forrest, fashion boutiques and unique restaurants.
