About our home

House is situated on a stunning Cove, with views out to Roaring Water Bay on the sunny South West coast of Ireland. The house is large, bright spacious home. Two large living rooms, spacious hall, downstairs, shower room, large kitchen area with dining area, aga cooker, well equiped kitchen. 5 bedrooms, two with double beds, one ensuite. Each of the 4 bedrooms have built in wardrobes with wash hand basin. Large garage underneath house used as play area for older kids, table tennis table, darts. Large patio area with breath taking views over cove and out to sea. BBQ and patio furniture.

Nearest airport is Cork airport approx 1.5 hours away. Dublin airport 4 hours.

I am a single mother with 3 teenagers 13, 15 and 17. We have spent all our summer holidays here in Rosbrin Cove and we are finally looking for a change this year. We are open to all offers but would need some sort of activity to keep teenagers busy!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

There are approx. 10 houses on the cove but the house is extremely private with large garden. coastal towns of Schull and Ballydehob are nearby and are bursting with charming pubs, first class restaurants, little shops and activities. There is plenty of activities; fantastic walks, cycling, kayaking, sailing, boating, golf courses nearby, surfing. You can take a swim in the cove or head to surf beach of Barley Cove 25 mins drive away. Also nearby beaches that you can walk to 5 - 10 mins.
