About our home

The Dairy Lodge is located at the foothills of the Ballyhoura mountains, where there are abundant walks and cycling tracks. Enjoy a truly authentic Irish experience while staying in the Dairy Lodge, on a working dairy farm, with plenty of other animals such as cows, calves, hens, cockerals, dog and cats. A bright, open living area, looks out across the lawn, lush green fields & up to the rolling Ballyhoura hills. Child friendly with sky fort & enclosed back yard. Ideal central base for touring Ireland- Cliffs of Moher, Limerick, Cork, Kilkenny, Kerry all within a 90 minute drive. Free WiFi, parking & hot water

The Dairy Lodge is situated at the foothills of the Ballyhoura mountains, in a picturesque rural location. Apart from the rooster in the morning, you wont hear a thing! Ideal for walkers, mountain bikers, families, the mountains offer many trails and a mountain bike hire. We are also only 30 minutes from Limerick city, 60 mins from Cork city, 90 minutes from Tralee, Co. Kerry and the Cliffs of Moher, Rock of Cashel; so it is a perfect base for touring southern Ireland.
