About our home

Very comfortable ,bright , contemporary home with four bedrooms,two bathrooms (one upstairs /one downstairs), Living room , Study and large kitchen / dining room, with sunny seating area off it. We have mature front and back gardens with outside dining on a decked area.We have a selection of bikes available for adults and kids to use. We also have a large games room in our back garden, complete with surround sound, xbox, pool table, comfortable couches for lounging etc. which our kids and their friends love . The garden is a genuinely lovely space to hang out.
Opposite our home is a leafy park and the beautiful Killiney Hill is a 10 minute walk away, for those looking for a good stretch.

  1. We are Rocky and Rita, a married couple with three teenagers, ranging in age from 13 -18. Rocky is a self -employed lighting designer, and Rita is a primary school teacher. We enjoy the outdoors, and our home location is ideal for this. We have a spacious, tidy, clean home. We have previously done 6 exchanges so be sure to read the testimonials written by previous visitors. Feel free to contact us with any offers!

Where is it?


Our home is located opposite a beautiful ,leafy park which has two tennis courts as well as lots of space to kick a ball around or just to have a short stroll. There is easy access to the countryside for biking, walking and hiking. Also easy access to commute into the city of Dublin to see its historic sights.We are very close to the beaches of Killiney and Sandycove. Our location is a short drive to the sunny south east of Ireland, where you can explore Co. Wicklow and Co. Wexford on day trips .Our home is ideally set up for a family, We have "a shed" in our garden which is a large games room, with full surround sound for gaming and / or watching a movie,We also have a trampoline,pool table, table tennis table and lots of board games. We have a range of bikes which you can use, including a tandem! We can also give you tennis rackets etc.Our car is a Volvo estate, not new, but a really comfortable 5 seater.

Dublin City with a myriad of cultural activities and with places such as Trinity College and the ancient Book of Kellys to visit , Viking Dublin tours, Guinness ‘ Brewery as well as many more which I can direct you to.
Walks in the park
Killiney hill, Dun Laoghaire pier, Sandycove, Vico Road
Spot of exercise
Walking/ running anywhere around our area. Cycling- again, anywhere around us plus the Wicklow hills for the more serious road bikers.
Day tripping
Newgrange ancient tomb, Glendalough, Kilkenny city, Belfast- Titanic trip, Galway is only about 2.5 hour drive, on west coast, Wicklow Mountains
