About our home

Our home is set in the countryside, yet close to an array of fine restaurants and shops. There are fabulous views, overlooking the river.
We have a beautiful garden and patio area and the entire back of the house has a play area covered with artificial grass, goalposts for football/soccer and an outdoor cabin fitted with a pool table/darts board etc.
Inside there are 2 large living rooms, a luxurious kitchen dining area, an open living area, main bedroom en suite, 3 other twin rooms ,main bathroom and a second shower/toilet.
Cork city is 15 mins drive, Ballincollig 5 mins and 30 mins drive to a wide selection of beaches/coastal towns and villages.

More about us

I am Frances living with my son and daughter 12 and 10 years. I run a busy childcare centre in Ballincollig. We enjoy travelling but have not done a home exchange before but am keen to try what seems a fabulous way to see another country.
We would like to exchange during school holidays July/August also mid term in October and Christmas and easter holidays would also be an option for us.

Ideally located to explore cork city which has many attractions, such as cork opera house, an array of fine restaurants, cafes, museums, art galleries and shopping.
Killarney is 1 hour drive and many seaside resorts such as Kinsale, Crosshaven, etc. are just 30 min drive.
