About our home

Large kitchen/diner with sun room off and leading to patio at side of house. Deck from sun room leads to large rear private garden. Separate living room, formal dining room and study downstairs and five bedrooms upstairs. House built in 1990 and downstairs completely re-modelled last year. Porcelain tiles and wooden parquet floors in downstairs rooms (no carpets).

Gabrielle and I have been married 27 years and have four children. They have their own lives now giving us more time to travel which we enjoy. We are experienced exchangers having exchanged 5 times (4 times to the USA and once to Switzerland).

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Small tranquil village with four hotels and golf course within walking distance. Hills closeby and beautiful beach in front of the house. Breathtaking scenery abounds in this beautiful unspoilt part of the country. 30 minutes drive to Derry city and airport. Previous exchangers have described their 'Ballyliffin experience' as idyllic, relaxing and rejuvenating.
