Large luxury family home in West Cork

“We had an exchange with Anne in County Cork, summer 2015, which was a great success. She owns a splendid house, extremely comfortable, and superbly equipped, in the middle of a beautiful, well-kept garden with a fantastic view on the surrounding countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed that south-western part of Ireland, its picturesque harbours, stunning cliffs, and immaculate beaches- even though the water was too cold for us Mediterraneans. Anne has been very easy-going and helpful in coaching us "beginners" for our first home exchange. We are sorry we never properly met in this simultaneous exchange, except by waving at each other through airport window panes.”

“Great communication between us , all worked so well ! It was our first time in a simultaneous exchange ( we usually do non simultaneous ) and Anne made it really easy ! Splendid large and very cosy house , charming and helpful neighbours and peaceful surroundings which we discovered with Charlie , either with the bikes Anne kindly left for us or walking . The pubs with the live music at Clonakilty , we had a memorable evening in one of them ! stunning beach at Inchydoney , Kinsale , the wild Atlantic way , Kerry ... And the weather ! We loved the weather ! The colours of the sky with the clouds when announcing a rain which never lasts long and after a splendid sun ... all so green and clear ! The heather blossoming ... a pure joy ! We have loved Anne\'s house , the kindness of the Irish and their magnificent country ! We\'ll come back for sure despite of the left hand drive ..;)) Many thanks Anne for all !”

“Anne's house is very spacious and bright it is in the countryside and no sound comes disturb your rest or reading corner stove. We loved exploring the countryside and along the coast along the sea. We also loved Cork. Our favorite is definitely Mizen Head we saw 3 seals ... Anne thanked us for the reception that we had done at home by offering us of proprietary Ireland. We really appreciated that. Charly and Roxy were great especially Charly is very wise when you go for walks with you. Anne and her children took care of our home and it is really nice.”
