Fantastic 3 bedroom holiday home with sun room in a gated complex with playground, tennis courts, basketball court and golf course. Just 10 minutes walk to the beach. Kitchen / dining room with cooker, toaster, sandwich maker and dishwasher. Open plan living area with 2 couches, TV, DVD player, open fireplace. Lovely sunroom with underfloor heating and superb sunroom furniture. The utility room has a washing machine and drier.
The main bathroom has a bath and electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. The master bedroom is large with a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. The ensuite has a WC, hand basin and electric shower. Double room with 2 double bunk beds. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a built in wardrobe. The third bedroom has bunk beds and a built in wardrobe.
The back of the house opens out on to a deck area with a table, chairs and BBQ area. You can walk straight onto the communal green areas that surround the house. The back of the house is south west facing so there is sun on the deck area all day. The complex comprises of 3 tennis courts (1 is also a basketball court), a playground - all free of charge. The gated complex is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course and a club house (charges vary depending on the time of year and booking is advised). The club house serves food and drink and is a 10 minute walk from the house through the complex. The beautiful long beach is situated beside the club house and is lovely for long leisurely walks, or brisk runs and the water is lovely for swimming.
Wexford town is a 20 minute drive with an abundant of shops, restaurants and touristic amenities. The local area is lovely for coastal walks and strolls on the beach. The nearest shop is a very good SuperValu, 5 minute drive. A car would be advisable. There are lots of family games, jigsaws and a deck of cards in the playroom. There are DVD's and books available to use on the shelf in the sitting room.
