About our home

Our home was designed with a family in mind and is bright, comfortable clean and spacious. It is the perfect spot also for the family who like to sit in a sunny south west facing garden in a tranquil part of Dublin which is near the sea and 15 minutes from the city centre. It has all modern conveniences including high speed internet and is alarmed. The kitchen/dining area has uninterrupted views into the garden and easy access to it through large glass doors. The garden is beautiful with a large terraced area for BBQ and dining. The garden also has a trampoline with safety features and a putting green for the keen golfer! There are 4 bikes for use with easy access through a side entrance. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms (2 with en-suites) one twin room and 2 single rooms.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 teenage children and a dog called Honey. We are all active outdoor people.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Booterstown is a tranquil leafy suburb but is also close to everything and within easy access to the sea, Blackrock park which has 2 separate childrens playgrounds and an outdoor gym area, the Dublin mountains, Co. Wicklow(garden of Ireland), local villages with shopping centres, restaurants, cinemas and a bowling alley and Dublin city centre itself which is full of interesting places, museums and nightlife.. The DART (local commuter train) is 7 min walk as are the frequent bus services. Our neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.
