About our home

Our home is modern, bright and spacious with a large private garden. The living space comprises of a kitchen-dining room and a separate large sitting room and downstairs toilet. Double doors lead out to a decked terrace and a large private garden with swings, trampoline and basketball area.
Upstairs, there is a main family bathroom and three spacious bedrooms- One with a double bed and ensuite shower room and two with bunkbeds.
Out attic is converted and we use it as a play room and spare bedroom.
The house has wooden floors and blinds throughout.
We have two lovely cats who cat stay outside if preferred.

More about us

I'm Bairbre, a widowed mum with two young boys, Leo and Samir who will be 9 & 6 this summer.
The children are half French and we used to live in Lyon, France. We like to get back as much as possible to keep the boys speaking French. A house exchange is the best opportunity for us to get into the French community as much as possible.

Situated in a beautiful seaside town between Dublin city centre and the Wicklow Mountains, Bray has something for everyone from its rich heritage and splendid scenery to excellent transport links, a vibrant arts scene, a bustling Main Street and thriving industry.
Our house is 5 minutes walk from the seaside, shops and local transport.
There is a festival for most of July including a funfair and lots of events for the family including an Airshow, Fireworks, and live music.
Dublin is 30 minutes away on the train.
We live in cul de sac where all the children play outside together. A perfect area for a family with children.
