About our home

Built in 1900 for Sir Edward O'Farrell, Coolgreen was acquired and sympathetically renovated in 2011. Sitting on one third of an acre in the Dublin suburb of Foxrock/Carrickmines, Coolgreen is a family home, with generous living space downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs. Minimal alterations to the original house were made, so there is just one en-suite bathroom upstairs, one family bathroom upstairs also and a w/c downstairs. The garden wraps around the house so enjoy all-day sun (when it shines in Ireland!), and shade if you need it under mature Monterrey Pine and Monterrey Cyprus trees.

Foxrock/Carrickmines is about 6 miles from the city centre (20 mins no traffic in a car/max 60 minutes during rush hour). Coolgreen is just a five-minute walk from a LUAS (Dublin Light Rail) stop, taking you into the centre of Dublin (St. Stephens Green) in 40 minutes.
