“We have just returned from a week long house swap inn Brian & Caroline's home with our 3 children, Granny and our dog Teddy. In the lead u to the swap, Brian was excellent at communicating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is situated on a quiet and safe road, which is so peaceful particularly at night. It was immaculately clean when we arrived. Their home is beautifully designed with many well thought out features and oceans of space for all the family. For the kids, there's a dedicated playroom with gaming, air hockey, board games galore and art and craft supplies. Outside there's a large garden with swing, trampoline, bikes and go carts. There is a large kitchen finished to a very high standard with everything you could want. For me the stand out feature was the master bedroom which was a real sanctuary, it has it's own private full width balcony opening out with beautiful views of the countryside and very inviting egg chair where I spent many's the evening reading a book. As for the area, Sligo is steeped in history and full of natural beauty. We visited Glencar Waterfall, Foxford Mills, W.B Yeats grave, climbed the Devil's Chimney and visited the park at Strandhill rugby. Most places are within half an hour to 40 minutes drive. I would highly recommend Brian & Caroline's home, it's very luxurious, has space galore and is in a beautiful setting. ”

Brian & Caroline's reviews
As a host (3)“We had the best stay at Caroline and Brian's home.. They made us feel so welcome and offered some great local information which was a great help to us. Our children loved the space and the countryside experience. And we loved the relaxing element that this home offered us. Thanks so much! ”
“Brian & Caroline were amazing hosts, they met us on arrival and showed us around their beautiful home. The house was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location for exploring all Sligo has to offer. We enjoyed 10 jam packed days, surfing in Strandhill, Zipit in Loughkey Forest Park, biking in Coolaney MTB park, exploring Enniscrone and Rosses Point beaches, Glencar waterfall and lake, Benbulben Forest walk, and shopping in Sligo Town. Brian's Mum & Dad live close by and were incredibly helpful in making sure we had a great stay, we also got to see the cows being milked on the dairy farm. The kids were easily entertained with the outdoor pool, trampoline, bikes and go karts while we enjoyed the outdoor dining area with BBQ. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend a house swap with Brian & Caroline. Thank you. ”
