This is our second home located a short walk from Clifden Town the capital of Connemara. It is finished to a very high standard with fully equipped kitchen & dining room opening onto decked area with BBQ and garden. Lounge with open fire, TV, DVD. 3 Bedrooms (1 double en-suite & small Balcony, 1 Double, 1 Single) One Family bathroom W/C & Bath/Shower, One W/C. Oil Central Heating.

We are Billy & Ellen and have two teenage daughters 21 & 17yrs. We enjoy country & seaside walks, sailing, swimming & the outdoors. We love to travel, see historic sights, visit village markets to try local food & wine especially seafood. Our cat stays home but lives outside. We hope you will enjoy our home and we will take good care of yours. We have a second home in Clifden, Connemara, County Galway available for Non-Simultaneous exchange. See our listing ID=39002 Summer 2012 we would like to find someplace warm with a pool or short walk to the sea. Or we will exchange for a suitable Yacht or Boat in the Mediterranean (Min. 32ft, We are experienced Yacht Charterers)

Clifden is a trendy town with many Restaurants, Bars, Shops, small Hotels, Traditional Music. It is an ideal base for exploring Connemara and its National Park, Roundstone, InisBofin, Killary Fjord and even venturing into Mayo. GOLF is nearby at Connemara Championship Golf Links www.connemaragolflinks.com Connemara National Park has stunning scenery with Hill and Mountain walks to suit all abilities. www.connemaranationalpark.ie Galway City is 1 hr drive with regular Bus Service. Shannon Airport 2.5hrs drive. Clifden is pleasant at any time of year, In winter Clifden enjoys a mild climate rarely getting very cold.
