About our home

Our home is a luxury 4 bedroomed bungalow, on 1 1/2 acres with outstanding views of the countryside. Including from the kitchen, dining and sitting rooms a spectacular view of the mountain of Slievenamon. It has underfloor heating and the master bedroom is ensuite. The house contains a family room and seperate sitting room. The kitchen area is large and well equipped with all modern conveniences. The dining room is seperate off the kitchen.

Our family consists of four people. Mick is a sales manager for an international hardware company. Nuala is a qualified nurse who has recently set up her own business teaching pilates. We have two children ages 5 and 7. We enjoy outdoor activites and exploring new locations.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is centrally located between the medieval city of Kilkenny and the town of Clonmel. It is 2hrs drive from Dublin and 1/12 hrs from Cork. Shannon airport is 11/2 hrs away. There are plenty of activities in the area such as horse riding, hill walking, fishing, golf and numerous other outdoor activities. Both nearby towns and cities have excellent heritgae sites and historical tours which are recommended.
