About our home

Our home is located in a quiet suburb about 6 klms from the centre of the City of Dublin. Travel to any part of the country can begin without having to drive through the city as we are only 10mins drive to the M50 which is the ring road with easy access to the south, East West and North of the country. We are just 20mins drive from Dublin Bay and an excellent rapid transit rail serves to the City Centre. . We are also close to an excellent shopping centre in our area. Our home comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a good sized garden. We have lived here since 1985 and have raised 5 children (all now adults). In short this home is an ideal base for anybody wishing to explore the city and its amenities or to visit other parts of Ireland.

More about us

We are Harry and Catherine married with 5 grown up children. Harry is retired and Catherine is a part time teacher. This is our first time to consider a house exchange as we would like to visit other parts of the world .We have a daughter, son in law and grand son in Brisbane. We are looking for a home along the coast.
