About our home

Our house is a tastefully furnished, three-bedroomed,red brick in the sought-after surburb of Clontarf. We are located just four minutes from the Dart, which gives fast access by train to Dublin City Centre in less than fifteen minutes. All neighbourhood facilities - large supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants - are just a couple of hundred metres away. The house has gardens to the front and rere and an outdoor terraced area adjacent to the kitchen & dining room. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs WC..
We live 10 minutes walk from St Ann’s Park. There is a weekly timed 5k Park Run each Saturday morning

More about us

  1. We're a couple both of whom have just recently retired (probably). We speak a few languages - French, German, passable Spanish.

  2. Derek was a lawyer, worked in the public service in Ireland in different capacities and for an international NGO. Vicki worked in the international tech sector for many years until very recently.

  3. We enjoy leisure cycling, food and drink, and, of course, travel.
