About our home
Our house is a tastefully furnished, three-bedroomed,red brick in the sought-after surburb of Clontarf. We are located just four minutes from the Dart, which gives fast access by train to Dublin City Centre in less than fifteen minutes. All neighbourhood facilities - large supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants - are just a couple of hundred metres away. The house has gardens to the front and rere and an outdoor terraced area adjacent to the kitchen & dining room. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a downstairs WC..
We live 10 minutes walk from St Ann’s Park. There is a weekly timed 5k Park Run each Saturday morning

We're a couple both of whom have just recently retired (probably).We speak a few languages - French, German, passable Spanish.

Derek was a lawyer, worked in the public service in Ireland in different capacities and for an international NGO. Vicki worked in the international tech sector for many years until very recently.

We enjoy leisure cycling, food and drink, and, of course, travel.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
The house is located in a sought-after suburb on the north side of the city . There is a train station (we call it the DART) about four minutes walk. From here you can be in Dublin City Centre in under 15 minutes
All desirable neighborhood facilities are available within a three minute walk - large supermarket, two coffee shops, two restaurants, a bank, two pharmacists and a pub.
