About our home

A unique example of modernist Irish architecturally designed housing estate dating from 1940/50's Ireland in a much sought after area of suburban Limerick City.
These semi detached houses are notable for their flat roof design and open plan garden's which create a spacious and comfortable surroundings within 1km of Limerick City.
At the entrance of the estate is a bus stop, a pub and a cafe. There is also a newly installed riverside walkway and cycleway which joins up with the University of Limerick. The walkway also includes a public gym.

Limerick City is an ideal base for a holiday in Ireland with easy access to the motorway network and perfect for day trips to the west coast.
