About our home

We live in a bright, modern family home on a very safe, child friendly road, with lake views and friendly, helpful neighbours.

There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

A large open plan living area, with four seperate areas comprising dining room, kitchen, playroom, and living room with open fire and patio doors out to the decking area in the back garden.

There is also a home office with sofabed, bathroom and a laundry room/pantry on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another large bedroom with lake views and two medium sized children's bedrooms with plenty of toys!. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower.

Our garden is nicely planted, it's not overlooked, and has a decking area, barbecue and plenty of activities for children

The twin towns of Killaloe and Ballina span the River Shannon at the southern point of Lough Derg. With a vast array of activities on land and water, historic sites and a bustling nightlife, Killaloe has long been Ireland's secret vacation destination delighting all the family.
