The home is a newly built house-2014 on two floors with lots of light and it is situated in an upmarket village in Dublin, which is located by the sea in a beautiful medieval town of Dalkey in South County Dublin.

The house is located in a Cul De Sac, which is a 3 minute walk to the main village which has over 15 restaurants and pubs. From the village you can take the train DART- into Dublin City Centre.

The house is 150m2 and downstairs the floor is polished concrete with underfloor heating. There are 3 large roof windows which allow for lots of light.
