About our home

We have lived in our home since 2007 when it was built. We have three bedrooms. We have a kitchen-dining room & open plan sitting room. We also have a separate playroom. We are 300M from Delgany Village & 1K from Greystones town, taking in the beach & DART. We love our home & where we live, its warm and inviting.

I am originally from the area & my husband Barry is from Blessington. We have three kids, Joe, Lulu & Tom. We love living here in Delgany, it has everything to offer. Its a beautiful part of the country with every sport available on our doorstep.
Our home is clean & well kept, we would treat your home with equal respect for any swaps.

Where is it?

Delgany hosts a newsagents,two lovely coffee shops & a beautiful restaurant - The Pigeon House. Its also offers our friendly award winning butchers & a good pint in the Horse & Hound,all this is less than a 5 min walk. We are also a 20 min walk from Greystones which is home to some of the counties finest restaurants, The Hungry Monk, The Three Q's, Chakra by Japiur, The Happy Pear & Vino Pasta. Greystones is on the beach & there is a lovely easy cliff walk between Greystones & Bray. There are three playgounds in Greystones. We are 2 minutes from N11 which feeds into the M50 so easy access the both the south & Dublin. This is an excellent location for Powerscourt Waterfall & Gardens(10K), Kilruddery House (7K), Mount Usher Gardens (15K), Glendalough (26K), Dundrum Town Centre (25K), Brittas Bay Beach & Glenroe Open Farm (4K). We have a clean, modern community swimming pool & gym. We are surrounded by Award Winning Golf Courses, Druids Glen, Powerscourt, Greystones, Delgany. Dublin is very easily accessed with both the DART & a good bus service.
