The Space

The apartment feels spacious and airy, with wrap around floor to ceiling windows overlooking a stunning, historic, redbrick property. It has been interior designed, and has everything you could desire and more.
The apartment features built in Neff kitchen appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. The main living area is beautifully decorated with views as far as the mountains, and a 3D television with Netflix (for those cozy evenings in).
There is a large balcony off the main room, with amply space and furniture. High floor feels as if your are living the canopy of the surrounding mature trees.
The complex also has manicured gardens and fountains, plus secure parking and elevator.

Guests will have access to all parts of the property.

Interaction with Guests

Guests will be greeted on arrival, and you and your bags will be guided to your luxury accommodation. You will be given the keys, and we will go through the basics from Wifi to central heating. I will also give you my "hints and tips" in accordance with your planned trip to the city.

The Neighbourhood

Ballsbridge (D4) is an exclusive and very affluent area and is known to contain the most expensive property in Ireland. Its leafy avenues, trendy restaurants and bars make it a fabulous place to stay in Dublin. Especially with it being minutes from the city centre/Grafton Street/St Stephens Green/RDS/Aviva Stadium. Also within reach are many museums, art galleries, the Intercontinental Hotel, Shelbourne hotel. The area is home to numerous embassies including the American, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Mexican and British embassies. Trendy bars/cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Getting Around

The apartment is located on the main bus corridor, with frequent buses.
A taxi to the city centre is only approx €5!
