About our home

The original dwelling dates back to 1813 and has subsequently been extended twice and recently renovated into a sizable family home. The stone cottage resides in the historic county of Meath. It is peaceful rural setting in a small village next to a church, with walks, pony trekking, village pubs, day trips to new grange, battle of the boyne, villages of kells and slane close-by. The house has a back garden ideal for hide and seek and has a small tree house with swings and slide, small trampoline. The front garden has a small lawn big enough for family games.

Features

More about us

  1. We are a family of five, with 3 young boys.

  2. Sinead is a psychologist and Rob is an aerospace engineer

  3. We have lived in a few countries and would like to get travelling again, but found it hard with the kids so hopefully this will give us an opportunity to travel again to a home away from home in a new country to explore
