About our home
A very comfortable family home with fireplaces in both the dining room and sitting room. Our house is located in the centre of Georgian heritage town of Birr Ireland and has a river running behind our stone wall in the large back garden. The Mill Island town park is literally a stone's throw down the river and views of the weir and 18th century church steeple can be seen ftom the park. All amenities including the library, shops, sports fields, hotels and the Birr Castle are minutes walk from our home. We live in the Ireland of your imagination where cows and sheep graze in local fields and pubs stir with traditional music and good craic, Irish for FUN!
