About our home

The house was refurbished in 2010. It is bright and spacious, close to the Phoenix Park and 25 minutes walk from the city centre. It is well serviced by public transport.
There are two spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom, a sitting room, dining room and well equipped kitchen.

Neighbourhood

Buzzy restaurants
Mulligan's gastro pub and Boqueria tapas restaurant and in nearby Stoney Batter. The Hole in the Wall, the longest bar in Ireland is adjacent to the Phoenix Park, with its and its restaurant, pub food and open fires and pints, is within walking distance.
Cozy cafés
The cafe at nearby Farmleigh House provides refreshments after exploring the house and grounds.
Retail therapy
The house is 25 minutes walk from the city centre. Buses pass every 10-15 minutes and have passengers in the city centre in 10-15 minutes.
Bit of culture
The Lighthouse Cinema, Farmleigh House, Collins Baracks Museum are wining walking distance. The museums and sights of the city centre are within reach of a short bus journey.
Walks in the park
The house is close to the Phoenix Park, one of the largest walled city parks in Europe and home to Dublin Zoo.
Spot of exercise
Join the joggers walkers and cyclists in the Phoenix Park.
Day tripping
Hueston Intercity Rail Station is one mile from the house. The N3, N4 and M50 are easily accessible.
