More about us

  1. Lynne and myself have been married for 40 years. We have 4 sons, 3 daughters in law and 7 grand children so our home is very welcoming, warm and friendly. Lynne is a retired nurse and midwife and I retired from my own business 7 years ago. This is our first time to do a home exchange and we are looking forward to the start of what we hope will be the first of many. Ireland is a beautiful and friendly country, so we hope who ever exchanges with us will enjoy the experience.

Neighbourhood

Our home is very close to the beach and to the lovely enclosed Saint Anne's park. A very good bus service brings you into the city centre in about 20 minutes. Dublin is a bustling and vibrant city with enough places of interest to wet your appetite is. The guinness brewery, Kilmainam jail, museums, theatres, night clubs, Golf clubs. Once outside the city driving is very pleasant and there is lots to see. County Wicklow, other wise known as the Garden of Ireland is a must.
