Suburban home, in lovely condition, 6 miles to Dublin City Centre. 4 large bedrooms, beautiful modern kitchen with all conveniences, lovely sunroom, main bedroom en-suite, main bathroom with power shower. TV, Internet.
In addition to our main home, we are also offering our mobile home, based 35 miles away in Brittas Bay Co.Wicklow, the Garden Of Ireland (commuting time 45 minutes from our main residence). This is a 3 bedroom 35 feet long by 12 foot wide holiday residence. It is based 200 yards from a beautiful beach. It has 1 bathroom with shower, full kitchen, outside deck, barbeque etc.

I, Colum 45 years old am an Accountant owning my own business, and Geraldine my wife works with me. We have 3 beatiful daughters, Aoife Nicola and Rebecca, 17, 15 and 11 years old, all dedicated Irish Dancers with many trophies to their name.
We have no pets but would not mind looking after your pets if easily managed like cats, dogs or Goldfish!!!!

Our house is in Rathfarnham, South County Dublin, a very nice area. We are 6 miles to all the attractions (Shopping, museums, places of interest) of Dublin City Centre. 4 Buses leave from within 200 yards of our house to the city (commuting time 30 minutes) or the Luas (high speed metro) is 15 minutes walk away or 5 minutes car drive and takes 13 minutes to St.Stephens Green - the heart of Dublin.
In our immediate vicinity is Marley Park , one of the largest Public Parks In Ireland, and also we are 1 mile from Dundrum shopping centre - the largest shopping centre in Eurpoe.
We are 5 minutes from the M50 mootorway which is a major road connecting Dublin to all the other cities in Ireland.
We have 2 cars which are available if required - a Nissan Maxima, or an 8 seater Toyota Previa.
The Dublin Mountains are only 10 minutes drive away, for walking and sightseeing.
Most of our family live close by, so if you needed any help, they would be close at hand.
