About our home

Our home is situated in a quiet lane-way in one of Dublin's oldest and historic neighbourhoods in the very heart of the city centre. It is within 10 minutes walking distance of all the main pubs, cafes, restaurants, theatres, galleries, museums etc. The house is bright and airy and full of character.

There is a very bright kitchen area while the breakfast/dinning room has a glass ceiling which lights this space until 11pm during the summer. It also has a small roof garden for relaxing.

Although our home is situated in the city centre there is no traffic noise due to the fact that it is located at the bottom of a very quiet cul-de-sac.

There are also local shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc within 2 minutes of the house while all the main tourist bars etc are only a short walk away.

Quiet friendly neighbourhood very close to shops, pubs, restaurants, etc. Trams, buses, trains etc are also within a short walking distance making it easy to get away from the city centre. This house could not be closer to all that Dublin City has to offer.

Our home is situated in the historic neighbourhood of Phibsbourough and could not be better positioned for anyone wishing to take in some of the sites Dublin has to offer. We are within 10 minutes walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and the beautiful Phoenix Park, the second largest enclosed park in the world.

All the main shopping districts are close by such as Grafton Street, Henry Street, Smithfield as well as Dublin's main tourist area Temple Bar.

We are a young professional couple who both enjoy pubs, live music, eating out, walking, swimming, travel, ,new places, philosophy, film noir, reading, anthropology, poker, cooking.
