About our home

Wonderful spacious 1830s town house typical of Georgian Dublin. Retains all its period features whilst enjoying modern comfort.

We recently renovated the lower ground floor to create an open plan kitchen dining living space which opens onto the mature urban garden. There is also a double bedroom on the lower ground floor.

The interconnecting living and dining room on the main floor enjoy high ceilings and a feeling of light and space with original open fireplaces. There is a large bathroom and also a shower room on the toe landings.

On the top floor there is a large master bedroom, a large twin bedroom and a small double bedroom. These also enjoys high ceilings and period details.

We live in a fantastic location 20 minutes walk from Grafton street and the city centre. We also enjoy all the local amenities of Ranelagh and Rathmines including restaurants, shops, cafés, bars, cinema, supermarkets, swimming pool and parks within a five minute walk.
