About our home

We completed the renovation of our beautiful 400 square meter home just last year! This georgian terrace runs right along the seafront and there are stunning sea views from all three floors.
There are three spacious double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom as well as a guest WC. On the ground floor there is a TV room, an office space, two bedrooms as well as an internal courtyard. The kitchen, living room and dining room are on the first floor and upstairs is the master suite with sliding doors to another living room.
We are within walking distance of many shops, great restaurants as well as Dun Laoghaire harbour, three sailing clubs and the People's Park. Public transport; The DART(suburban railway) is within 3 minutes of the house which takes you into the heart of Dublin City in only 20 minutes.

We only moved in very recently and are still awaiting furniture deliveries. More photos to follow soon.
