Our home was built in the 1960's but was extensively refurbished five years ago. Downstairs there is a comfortable sitting room with an open fire place, a kitchen/dining room/family room with a log burning stove,a small but comfortable t.v. room, a large utility room and a w.c.. On the first floor there is 1 double room, 1 single room, a family bathroom and a master suite with en-suite bathroom and walk-in-wardrobe. The next floor has 2 double children's rooms and a playroom area.

We are a couple in our early forties. Mark works in sales and Wendy is a special needs teacher. We have 2 children a boy of 14 and a girl of 11. We love to travel and see new places and feel that house swapping offers us the opportunity to travel more extensively over the coming years.We have just returned from a highly successful swap to France and loved the experience. We take great pride in our home and can assure you that we will treat your home with the same high levels of care and respect.
Our home is on a quiet tree lined street yet only 3 minutes walk from shops, post office and pub/restaurants. The train station with its links to Dublin city centre (30 minutes journey ) is a 10 minute walk away and there is a bus stop at the top of our road which will connect you with the city and Co. Wicklow with its beautiful walks and sandy beaches. There is also a wonderful park in Shankill offering wide open spaces for running and walking and boasting a fantastic children's playground. Shankill is conviently located close to the M50 motorway giving you instant access to all major national routes.
