About our home

Our house is a private, detached south facing and very comfortable and would be ideal for a family or a couple. It is comfortable and decorated in contemporary style. Downstairs, we have the living room with a piano and family sitting room with TV and internet connection, office and fully equipped kitchen & utility room and playroom and downstairs toilet. Upstairs we have one bedroom with a double bed, twin room and two single rooms, hot press and bathroom. It is a comfortable sunny house with parking at the front and a granite paved patio with seating and a barbecue and trampoline and private garden. It is the ideal place to relax after days sight seeing or hiking in Wicklow mountains.

Where is it?


We live 5 minutes walk from Killiney Beach which with view of Dalkey Island and Bray Head. Killiney beach is lovely for walks and swimming and direct access to the Wicklow Way from Shankill Village and very close to lovely walks in Rathmichael Wood and Killiney Hill. The charm of Killiney/Shankill is that it is a quiet village, but 40 minutes from Dublin city and 20 minutes from the Seaside town of Bray and the Wicklow Mountains. We have plenty of public transport Dart, LUAS and Bus.
