About our home

Our home was built in the mid-40s a few minutes from Dublin city center. We are close to the sea, 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive away from the sea. We are in an area called Raheny which is a few minutes from Clontarf and the picturesque fishing village of Howth and Portmarnock which have the best beach's and a stunning coastline as well as Malahide which is a fishing village packed with seafood restaurants and pubs. St Anne's park which hosts the world famous Rose Festival is a walk away from our house. Our house has a private driveway for up to 4 cars.
There is a small hallway leading to a comfortable living room with an open fire and a luxurious sofa bed which folds out to a very comfortable double bed for 1 person. We also have gas central heating. The hall also leads to the kitchen, we just had a new kitchen installed and has all mod cons, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom and three bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hand basin, the double bedroom has a new Respa back care bed for 2 people, and the small single bedroom has a single bed with a new mattress for 1 person bedside locker,a chair and wardrobe. The larger single room has 2 single beds, wardrobe, desk and is also carpeted. There is public transport via bus at the top of the road and the train station is a 7 minute walk away and brings you into the city center in 10 minutes. The back of the house has sun from morning to late afternoon and the front of the house gets sunlight from late afternoon until sundown. We also have high speed internet at all times. We have a well trained friendly dog. There are times we will be here while you stay. The small bedroom is for 1 person and the double room is for 2 people, there is a luxury sofa bed for 1 and the larger twin room is for 2 people.
