About our home

Our home is a lovely 4 bedroom contemporary family home with all mod cons including lots of toys, books, DVD's and PS3 games to entertain children. Downstairs there is a large open-plan family kitchen with a breakfast counter. The kitchen opens onto a bright dining room overlooking the sunny back garden and a family area with sofas, TV and stereo. Also downstairs is a large comfortable living room with cable TV; a utility room; and a family den with many books, TV, PS3, drum kit and a piano. Upstairs we have 2 ensuite double bedrooms and two further bedrooms with bunk beds. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a WC downstairs. The sunny courtyard-style back garden has been professionally landscaped to create an additional outdoor living area for entertaining and relaxing.

Where is it?

We live in a family-friendly, quiet suburban neighborhood in Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Local shops are 5 min. walk away. We are 3 min. walk from Dublin's LUAS tram system for easy 30-minute access direct to the city centre. Many historic sites, museums, restaurants and shopping are available in the city centre. Our house is facing a nice green area with old trees and very close by there are many walking trails in the Dublin and Wicklow mountains. The famous Leopardstown racecourse (horses) is 10 minutes away. We are also close to the ring road around Dublin city (M50) making it very convenient to get to all locations within the city (30 mins), nearby counties (Wicklow or Kildare) or the coast (20 mins). Excellent beaches in Wicklow are less than 40 minutes by car.
